Refund policy

We stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to ensuring our customers have a great experience. That said, due to the nature of consumable goods, we maintain a strict return and refund policy.

Return Window

Returns are accepted within 10 days of your purchase date. After 10 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unopened — The product must be unused and completely sealed (tub seal must be intact).

  • Original condition — The product must be in the same condition you received it.

  • Original packaging — All original packaging must be included.

  • Complete — Returns must include the full product (e.g., all sample flavors intact).

Opened items cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.

For Tubs: The seal around the lid must be unbroken.

For Sampler Packs: All flavors must be included and unopened.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Exchanges

We only replace items that are damaged or defective. If you received a faulty item, please email us at myallinnutrition@gmail.com and send your product to the address below. We’ll exchange it for the same item once verified.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email whether your refund is approved. If approved, a credit will be applied to your original payment method.

Please note:

  • Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are final sale.

  • If your refund is delayed, check with your bank and card issuer as processing times may vary. If you’ve followed up and still have issues, contact us at myallinnutrition@gmail.com.

Gift Returns

If your item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit once the return is processed.

If the gift was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to them.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • If your return is approved, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, especially for returns over $75. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
